- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a bad experience where a simple injury on my dogs paw was not found and was charged for expensive anti-inflammatory drugs that were not needed and of no use. They tried to convince me that they had pain killing properties so it wouldn't harm him, they then said as it was so minor (after I showed them where the injury was) he didn't need any treatment! Got a partial refund for the drugs we hadn't used but only because we hadn't opened them and because I asked. No apology or offer of refund for the unnecessary injection or incorrect consultation. Contacted them in writing to complain but was just ignored didn't even acknowledge the email. There are plenty of vets out there I will not be using one that seems to treat customers with such disdain.by Richard PearceSeptember 01, 2017
